For a stay longer than 2 weeks, as well as for winterstays, other reduced rates apply, please contact us for information and rates.

For singles in a B&B-room a reduction of € 7,50 per night applies.

When you have a special diet( sugar- and/or glutenfree), we kindly request you to contact us beforehand to discuss the possibilities.

All rates are including 8% tax (I.V.A.).

when there is a switch of seasons during your stay, it will be calculated in the price.

Arrival and departure:

	For the apartments a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
	The accommodation is available for you from 4:00 P.M. on the arrival day until 10:30 A.M. on the departure day.

Usually from November to April the central heating will be on in the morning and in the late afternoon/evening. When the wheather is very cold this will not always be sufficient to make the apartments a comfortable temperature. To make some extra heat we have Zibro- petroleum burners in the apartments. The costs for a full tank of Zibro-fuel is € 10, this will last a minimum of 14 hours. The first tank is on the house.
