General Information and Stipulations
Arrival and departure
For the apartments a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
The accommodation is available to you from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and until 11 am on the day of departure.

Cleaning
The bed&breakfast-rooms are cleaned daily. The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the rental price.
Nearby the house are garbage containers, will you please throw away your own garbage?

The rates
The rates are including 8% tax and (with normal usage) gas, water and electricity.

Bedding and towels
Duvets, pillows, sheets, pillowsheets, kitchentowels and towels are present. The towels are changed twice a week and the bedlinen is changed once a week (every 7 days).
We kindly request you to use the large towel when you use the deckchairs to sunbathe.
You are not allowed to take towels with you outside Casa Espalanda (for example to the beach).

Deposit
When you receive the keys of the house and your accommodation, a deposit has to be made of
€ 20,00 per accommodation. This deposit will be refunded when turning in the keys on the day of departure.

Pets
Unfortunately you cannot take your pet with you to Casa Espalanda. Casa Espalanda has a cat, he is not allowed to come into the accommodations. We also kindly request you to not feed our cat.

Smoking
Smoking indoors is forbidden. Smoking on the roof terrace is only allowed with consent of the other guests.

Accessibility
Casa Espalanda is situated in an old house, with some odd steps and in total 5 stairs (to the roof terrace). It is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Reservation and payment
We prefer you to make reservations per e-mail. When you make your reservation, you declare you agree with the ' General Information and Stipulations'. Within 48 hours after you made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice per e-mail. On the invoice you will find: the amount of downpayment (35%) and the remaining amount (65%) and the dates on which these amounts must be paid. When a reservation is made within 3 weeks before the day of arrival, the entire rent-amount must be paid 1 week after reservation at the latest.
When payment does not take place on time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Payment of drinks, meals, etc.
Honesty bar drinks, meals, etc. have to paid in cash on the day of departure. It is possible to pay with credit card.

Cancellation and cancellation costs
In order to give you time to book a suitable flight, you can, within 48 hours after our confirmation of your reservation, cancel your reservation without any costs.
Cancellation of a reservation also needs to done via e-mail, you will receive an e-mail from us within 48 hours confirming your cancellation.

After these 48 hours the following cancellation costs apply:
- 35% of the total cost of accomodation rental, for cancellations until 8 weeks prior to the day of arrival.
- 50% of the total cost of accomodation rental, for cancellations between 8 and 3 weeks prior to the day of arrival.
- 75% of the total cost of accomodation rental, for cancellations between 3 weeks and 1 week prior to the day of arrival.
- 100% of the total cost of accomodation rental, for cancellations within 1 week prior to the day of arrival.

Insurance
It is advisable to conclude a travel- and cancellation insurance for flights and accommodation rentals.

Liability
During the stay the guest is liable for any damage to the accommodation, the furniture and all matters that are part of the residence. If by any chance damage is done by the guest, it needs to be reported to us at once and if nessecary, compensated. Before you leave we will check the accommodation to this effect.
